Quotations

Photo quotes are indicative ranges. A firm quote is issued only after physical inspection, because paint condition cannot be reliably assessed from photographs. Firm quotes are valid for 30 days.

Bookings and deposits

A deposit of 20% confirms a coating or PPF slot. Deposits are transferable to another date with 72 hours' notice and refundable if we cannot meet the agreed schedule. Cancellations inside 72 hours forfeit the deposit, because the bay cannot be re-sold at short notice.

Vehicle condition

We photograph every vehicle at intake under inspection lighting and record existing damage. If we discover pre-existing conditions during work — previous respray, thin clear coat, clear coat failure, filler, or panel damage — we stop and consult you before proceeding. Additional work is never carried out without your approval.

What the warranty covers

The written warranty issued at collection covers coating adhesion and hydrophobic performance for the stated term. If the coating delaminates, fails to bond, or loses hydrophobic function within the term under normal use and correct maintenance, we re-apply at no charge.

What the warranty does not cover

• Stone chips, impact damage, accident damage or vandalism.
• Scratches from automatic brush washes, abrasive cloths or improper washing technique.
• Damage from acidic or alkaline chemicals, including engine degreaser and wheel acid applied to coated paint.
• Failure of the underlying paint or clear coat, including delamination and oxidation of a pre-existing respray.
• Neglect — including leaving bird droppings, sap or fuel spills on the coating for extended periods.

Maintenance requirement

The warranty is conditional on pH-neutral hand washing, avoidance of automatic brush washes, and attendance at the free 12-month inspection. Missing the inspection by more than 90 days voids the remaining term. We will remind you; keeping the appointment is your responsibility.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We hold appropriate insurance for vehicles in our custody. Personal items should be removed before drop-off; we cannot accept responsibility for items left in the vehicle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
