Car Coating & Detailing Services in Penang
Ten services, one workshop, one standard. Each page tells you what is included, how long it takes, what it costs, and when you would be better off spending your money elsewhere.
Ceramic Coating
A semi-permanent SiO₂ layer that bonds to the clear coat, holds a 105–110° water contact angle and shrugs off the acid rain and bird droppings that eat Penang paint.

Lower surface energy than standard SiO₂, less water spotting on dark paint, and better heat dissipation — the sensible pick for cars parked outdoors in Penang sun.
Read more → S03 · From RM2,600PPF (Paint Protection Film)
Self-healing TPU film, 150–200 microns thick. The only product here that stops stone chips on the North–South Expressway, not just chemical etching.
Read more → S04 · From RM680Paint Correction & Polishing
Machine polishing that removes swirl marks, holograms and oxidation before any coating goes on. Coating a defective panel just seals the defect in.
Read more → S05 · From RM280Car Detailing
Decontamination wash, iron fallout removal, clay bar, tar removal, engine bay and interior reset. The service most Penang cars actually need first.
Read more → S06 · From RM380Interior Detailing
Steam extraction, leather cleaning and conditioning, headliner care and an anti-fungal treatment built for 80% humidity.
Read more → S07 · From RM180Windscreen Coating
Hydrophobic glass coating plus watermark removal, so wipers stop smearing during a Penang downpour.
Read more → S08 · From RM480Rim & Wheel Coating
High-temperature ceramic on the barrel and face so brake dust rinses off instead of baking on.

Protection, correction or cleaning?
Every service on this page falls into one of three jobs, and confusion between them is the most expensive mistake car owners make.
Cleaning removes what is sitting on the paint — dirt, iron fallout, tar, tree sap. That is car detailing, interior detailing and windscreen watermark removal. Cleaning changes nothing about the paint itself; it just returns the surface to its true condition.
Correction removes defects that are in the paint — swirl marks, holograms, oxidation, light scratches. That is paint correction. It works by removing a controlled few microns of clear coat, so it is finite. You cannot do it forever.
Protection puts a sacrificial layer over corrected paint so it stays that way — ceramic coating, graphene coating, PPF, rim coating.
The correct order is always clean, then correct, then protect. Skipping a stage does not save money; it locks a problem under a layer you then have to remove to fix.

Choosing a service
Which service should I book if I don't know what my car needs?
Start with an inspection, not a service. Send photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you which of three states your car is in: (1) clean paint that only needs protection, (2) contaminated paint that needs a detail first, or (3) defective paint that needs correction before anything else. Booking a coating on a car in state 3 wastes your money.
Can I combine services?
Yes, and most jobs are combinations. The two most common packages are correction + ceramic coating (about 70% of our work) and front-end PPF + full-body ceramic coating. Wheels, glass and interior are usually added to either. Combining services in one visit is cheaper than booking them separately because the decontamination stage is shared.
Do you work on motorcycles and commercial vehicles?
Yes. Motorcycles are quoted per job because fairing complexity varies enormously. For fleet and commercial vehicles — vans, pickups, company cars — we quote per unit with a volume rate above five vehicles, and we can stagger the schedule so you never have more than one vehicle off the road at a time.
Not sure which of these you need?
Send photos of your paint in daylight. We will tell you what the car actually needs and what it will cost — before you drive anywhere.
