Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email and vehicle details, when you enquire by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Vehicle photos you send for quoting purposes.
Job records — services performed, paint depth readings, warranty terms, retained so we can honour warranty claims.
Basic analytics — pages viewed and referring source, in aggregate. We do not sell this or use it to build advertising profiles.

Why we hold it

To quote accurately, schedule your job, honour warranty obligations, and contact you about your booking or your 12-month inspection. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them, and every message we do send includes a way to stop them.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than where a coating or film manufacturer requires vehicle details to register a manufacturer-backed warranty in your name. We do not sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

Job records and warranty documents are kept for the duration of the warranty plus two years. Quote enquiries that do not convert are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for warranty purposes. Email hello@carcoatingpenang.com.my and we will respond within 21 days.
